Our Handy Man Process

Step: 1.

Info Gathering

This is an initial phone call in which we can get an in-depth ideaa of the situation you are in and provide immediate value.

We will spend a few minutes understanding the situation you are in and how to get you closer to a solution. This is often by providing proper council and next steps, regardless if you choose us to solve the problems at hand

Once you are comfortable to proceed, we will then schedule an on-site assessment.

Step: 2. On-site Assesment

In this step, we will walk through the situation together and in person.

It will be our job to assess the problem and provide relevant information and the most suitable solutions.

We will then develop an estimate, or attach the relevant common rates (see Our Services page) and get a time to act on the solution. Most of the time (even with some estimates), we perform the work on the spot!

Step: 3. Job Execution

This step is straightforward: we solve the problem.

We will take pre-op pictures for both our records and take the steps to ensure your property is protected while we work.

When the work has been completed, we will clean up and leave the place better than when we arrived!

Step 4 : Final Assessment

The work has been completed and we will walk through with you or send pictures of the finished work! If we find any noteable problems or concerns that we would advise to be addressed, we will communicate those detaails through a conversation and a work report.

If you have any concerns at all, all you have to do is communicate those issues to us, and we will make it our goal to solve them.

Step: 5.

Follow-up

We know that craftsmanship is quintessential when it comes to your home, so we want to follow-up and make sure that everything is to your liking. We will share a phone call with you to ensure that the work is functioning as intended during this step.

We also hope to recieve a review and check in to see if you have any other home maintenance issues that we can solve for you and take the stress away.

Design Processing

Once the proper solution has been discovered, we will have an interior designer work with you to build the design of your dreams.

We know the designing can be stressful, our job is to take the stress out of it and turn it into something you love.

The design process will include a high-level interior designer, your Tempora kitchen council, and...YOU. We will work together to see this project come to fruition.

Design Confirmation

We have gone through all the site walk-through with our trade contractors.

Exact costs are developed, options are chosen by client, and contract is developed.

Construction

As a client, you are given access to our app to track project progress and see any updates or changes.

A detailed punch list and walkthrough is scheduled before project completion.

Follow-up

A walkthrough is scheduled 11 months after your project is completed for any repairs needed. A 2-year mechanical and 10-year structural warranty are also included.

We value lifelong relationships. If there are any issues with your project beyond these warranties, don’t hesitate to give us a call. When need a service for your kitchen, we want you to say, “I know someone, just for this occasion!”
