Our Process

Step: 1.

Consultation

Schedule an in-home consultation through our website or over the phone.

At this meeting, we will work together to find the proper solution for your unique situation. We want to make sure we are delivering the solution that you want and need.

Once the consultation is finished, we will send the post consultation documents to you through email (paper copies on request).

Step: 2. Design Processing

Next, we will have an interior designer work with you to build the design of your dreams.

(Bonus) For kitchen remodels, the design process will always include an interior designer, your Tempora kitchen council, and... YOU. We will work together to see your dream kitchen built!

Step: 3. Design Confirmation

The design is confirmed, paperwork processed, and the labor is scheduled.

You get a night out on us to celebrate the process!

Step: 4. Construction

Construction starts and you are given access to our Houzz client portal. Here, you will have access to updates on the project, progress pictures, and the schedule. We know it can be worriesome being out of the loop, so we got you in!

At the end of construction, we will perform a walkthrough and take care of any punch list items before parting ways.

Step: 5.

Follow-up

A check up will be scheduled later down the road so that we may rest our minds knowing that you are still in awe with your kitchen.

We value lifelong relationships. If there are any issues with your project beyond the warranties, don’t hesitate to give us a call. When you need a service for your kitchen, we want you to say, “I know someone, just for this occasion!”

Design Processing

Once the proper solution has been discovered, we will have an interior designer work with you to build the design of your dreams.

We know the designing can be stressful, our job is to take the stress out of it and turn it into something you love.

The design process will include a high-level interior designer, your Tempora kitchen council, and...YOU. We will work together to see this project come to fruition.

Design Confirmation

We have gone through all the site walk-through with our trade contractors.

Exact costs are developed, options are chosen by client, and contract is developed.

Construction

As a client, you are given access to our app to track project progress and see any updates or changes.

A detailed punch list and walkthrough is scheduled before project completion.

Follow-up

A walkthrough is scheduled 11 months after your project is completed for any repairs needed. A 2-year mechanical and 10-year structural warranty are also included.
